Guests on a Trip idea

Sometimes you want someone in on one trip idea without adding them to the whole group.

Sending a guest invite

1. 1Open the trip idea.
2. 2Guests → Invite guest.
3. 3Enter their email, or copy the guest link.

Guests get access only to that trip idea: itinerary, chat, expenses, and documents for that trip — nothing else in the crew.

Who can invite guests

• The person who created the trip idea.
• The crew owner.

Revoking access

Under Guests, click Remove next to their name. The invite link can also be rotated so old links stop working.
