Is BucketBuddy really free?+
Yes. Trip planning: trip ideas, voting, chat, budgets, bookings and expenses, is free forever, solo or with a crew, with no credit card required.
What counts as an AI feature?+
Anything powered by AI: the itinerary planner, destination insights, trip summaries, reading receipts, reading booking documents, generated images and AI expense summaries. Each of those buttons says it uses AI before you press it.
What are AI credits?+
AI credits are the BucketBuddy unit that pays for AI features. One AI action uses some of your credits. Credits are not money. They can't be withdrawn, transferred or refunded as cash, and they aren't a currency balance.
What happens when my AI credits run out?+
Your trip and everything already in it are unchanged. You can keep planning by hand, only AI actions need credits. Nothing outside the AI features depends on credits.
Who pays for Pro on a trip?+
Only the person who presses an AI button uses credits. Everyone else on the trip sees the result for free.
Can I buy Pro right now?+

How do I get into the beta?+
