Inviting your crew

Inviting Members

You can bring people into a crew two ways.

1. Email invites (recommended)

1. 1Open the crew, click Invite friends.
2. 2Type or paste one or more email addresses.
3. 3Add an optional note.
4. 4Click Send invites.

Each recipient gets a personalised email with a Join group button. If they don't have an account yet, they can sign up in one click and land directly in the crew.

2. Share the invite link

Every group has a rotating invite link like bucketbuddy.com.au/join/<token>. Copy it from Invite friends → Copy link and share via Messages, WhatsApp, etc.

Anyone with the link can join, so treat it like a password. Owners can rotate the link to revoke access — old links stop working immediately.

Guests on a single trip idea

If you only want someone in on one trip idea (e.g. a partner who'll join for that one trip), use Guest invites from inside the trip idea instead. See the Guests on a Trip idea article.
