The Availability Planner helps groups find months that suit everyone.

Setting your availability

1. 1Open your profile.
2. 2Under Availability, tick the months you could travel over the next 12–18 months.
3. 3Save.

You can mark months as Preferred (green) or leave them off. Groups you belong to instantly see your updated availability.

Where it shows up

• Best Travel Month — combines everyone's picks to suggest overlap months.
• Trip trip ideas — each idea shows how many members are free on those dates.
• Compatibility score — availability overlap is one of the score inputs.

Tips

• Keep it current: update your availability after big life changes.
• Being too selective narrows the overlap dramatically. Include shoulder-season months when possible.
