Documents on a trip

All the paperwork for a trip lives in one place: Organise → Documents.
What belongs here
Flight tickets, hotel and rental confirmations, tour vouchers, insurance for the trip, and anything else the crew may need to open. Personal items like your passport belong in Travel documents instead, where only you can see them.
Adding one
Press Add document and choose where it comes from:
- Take a photo — straight from your phone camera.
- Choose a file — PDF or image, including iPhone HEIC photos.
Opening one
Tap a document to open it in the viewer. From there you can download it or open it in another app. On iPhone, use the open button rather than long-pressing the preview.
Attaching a document to a day
A document can be linked to one or more itinerary entries, so the hotel confirmation sits on the night you check in. Open the itinerary entry and use Documents → Attach, or attach from the document itself.
Getting the details out of it
Press Analyse with AI on a document to fill in dates, provider, price and confirmation number. See Analysing a document with AI.
Who can see them
Everyone on the trip. Followers holding a share link cannot see documents at all.
