Packing list

The trip has one shared packing list, and your ticks are your own.

• Everyone on the trip sees the same items, so you only add "beach towel" once.
• Ticking an item off marks it packed for you. It does not mark it packed for anyone else, and your progress bar is yours.
• Each item shows a quantity and a category, Clothes, Toiletries, Documents, Gear, Electronics, Medical or Other, so the list stays easy to scan.

Adding items

1. 1Open the trip, go to Organise, then Packing.
2. 2Type an item, pick a category, set the quantity, then add it.
3. 3Tick items off as you pack.

Removing an item

The person who added an item can remove it, and an organiser can remove a shared item. That keeps someone else's list from disappearing underneath them.

Filters

• Filter by category with the chips.
• Switch on Hide packed once you are mid trip so only what is left shows.

Suggest with AI (Pro)

Suggest with AI drafts items based on the destination, the dates and season, your planned activities, the length of the trip and what is already on the list, so nothing is duplicated. Pick the items you want and add them to the shared list.
