Booking Documents
Keep flight tickets, hotel confirmations, and rental agreements attached to the trip.
Uploading
- 1Open the trip idea → Booking documents → Upload.
- 2Drop a PDF, image, or forwarded email.
- 3BucketBuddy runs an AI extraction to pull out dates, provider, price, and confirmation number.
Booking Review dialog
After extraction, you'll see a Review dialog:
- Confirm or correct the extracted fields.
- Add missing details (traveller names, seat numbers).
- Attach the booking to a specific itinerary day.
- Save — the booking now appears on the Itinerary and Trip Summary.
Who can see them
Booking documents are visible to everyone in the crew (and guests on the trip idea). Use Travel Documents for personal items.
This feature is powered by AI and is included with BucketBuddy Pro. Only the person clicking the AI button needs Pro — everyone in the crew sees the result.
