Uploading

1. 1Profile → Travel documents → Add.
2. 2Pick a type (passport, visa, insurance, other).
3. 3Upload a photo or PDF.
4. 4Set the expiry date if applicable.

What the crew sees

Your travel documents are private to you — crew can't see them. What is shared is the expiry status (e.g. "Passport valid ✓") so organizers can plan around it.

Expiry reminders

BucketBuddy warns you in the Trip Summary if a document expires within 6 months of a confirmed trip's dates.
