Checking in With Other Travellers

Everyone on the trip can check in, and everything stays in sync.

• The planner updates live. When someone adds, edits, reorders or deletes an entry, everyone else sees it within a second without refreshing.
• Entries show who added them ("added by Sam") and carry a "Check-in" badge when they came from a check-in.
• Check-ins are slotted into the day by their time, not simply appended, so a morning stop stays above an afternoon one even if it was added later.
• Reordering re-reads the latest state before saving, so two people dragging at the same time will not clobber each other.
• If you try to edit something a travel mate already deleted, you get a friendly message instead of an error.
