Checking in on a booking

Check in where you already planned to be

If a hotel, flight or activity is already in your plan, check in on that entry rather than starting from scratch.

How

1. 1Open Plan and find the day.
2. 2Press Check in on the entry.
3. 3What is already known — the place, the address, the time — is filled in for you. Add anything missing, plus a note or a photo.
4. 4Save.

What it does

• The entry is marked Checked in, so anyone in the trip can see you made it.
• The check-in appears on your followers' page and on the trip map.
• Any photo you add goes into the photo album on the right day.

Checked in, or incomplete?

A green Checked in badge means everything needed was filled in. An amber Check-in incomplete badge means something is still missing — usually a place or a time. Open it again and finish it off.

If the place will not save

Pick the address from the suggestions as you type rather than typing it out. Once picked, the full address is shown back to you so you can be sure it took.
