Trip chat

Every trip has its own chat. Only the people on that trip can read it, so the rest of the crew never sees it.

Where to find it

Open the trip, then choose Trip chat from the actions menu in the trip header.

Trip chat or crew chat?

• Trip chat: only the people on this trip.
• Crew chat: everyone in the crew, across every trip idea. Use the chat bubble in the corner.

The rest of the trip

• Overview: what needs doing next.
• Plan: the day by day itinerary and the map.
• Organise: tasks, packing, documents and links.
• Money: expenses, splits and settling up.
• Memories: photos, followers and the trip summary.

Reactions and votes

Use a thumbs up or thumbs down on a trip idea to show interest quickly, and react to a message when a full reply feels like too much.

Committing

Mark yourself as in from the trip header once you are committed. That drives the going, maybe and out counts.
