From an idea to a confirmed trip in a few steps.

1. 1Add the idea — Groups → open group → New trip idea.
2. 2Fill the essentials — destination, activity, rough dates, estimated per-person cost.
3. 3Generate insights — get a quick AI briefing on the destination.
4. 4Discuss & vote — reactions and 👍/👎 votes build consensus.
5. 5Confirm the trip — the crew owner (or the person who added it) hits Confirm. This locks the essentials and unlocks Expenses, Itinerary and Booking Docs.
6. 6Plan the details — itinerary, tasks, bookings, expenses.

Editing after confirmation

Most fields stay editable — dates, activity, description, estimated cost. Members are notified when key details change.
