Trip Phases

Every idea moves through four phases and the page rearranges itself to match.

• Deciding: voting, availability, budget matching and discussion are front and centre.
• Planning: itinerary, bookings, action items, packing and expenses take priority.
• On the trip: check-ins, the day-by-day planner, photos and the map open first.
• Wrap up: photos, expenses, settle-up and the settling up summary lead.

You can switch phase manually with the phase switcher at the top of the trip, and every section is still reachable in any phase.
