Planner Icons Explained

Each activity row has a set of small icons. Tap the ? next to "Day-by-Day Timeline" for the in-app guide.

• Directions — open this stop (or the whole day) in Google Maps.
• Add place — attach a real location so the map and directions work.
• Check in — tell followers you have arrived here.
• Note — add details only the crew sees.
• Photo — add a picture from your camera or library; it is mirrored to the album on the right day.
• Edit / Delete — change the title, time or day, or remove the activity.
• Source booking — this activity came from an uploaded booking document.
• Drag handle — reorder activities within a day.
• Time clash — this activity overlaps another one on the same day.

A short walkthrough runs the first time you open the planner, and you can replay it any time from inside the icon guide.
