• The best months to visit, and why.
• Rough costs per person.
• Signature experiences, food and places worth your time.
• Safety, visa and health notes.
• The general feel of the place: party, family, nature or culture.

Where to open it

• In Plan, use Get trip ideas.
• Or open the trip's More menu and choose Destination guide.

Both open the same guide.

Adding something to your plan

Any place or food pick in the guide has an Add to day action, so it lands in your itinerary with its address. See Adding places and food to a day.

Refreshing it

The guide is saved with the trip so it opens instantly. Use Regenerate to build it again, and a Stale badge appears when the trip's details have changed enough to be worth it.

Treat it as a starting point

The guide is written by AI, and the sources for each fact are shown beside it. Always confirm visa, safety and price details with an official source before you book.

Generating a guide is a Pro feature and uses AI credits. Only the person who presses the button spends credits, and everyone on the trip reads the result. See AI credits explained.
